At EnvysKeys, all our products are digital keys delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

Exceptions:

  • If the key you received is invalid, non-functional, or inactive, please contact us on the day of purchase.

  • Upon verification, we will replace the key with a working one.
